Through gentle yoga, mindful movement, and intentional rest, you'll have the chance to release tension, reset your energy, and recommit to your own well-being. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or simply craving quiet, this retreat is your invitation to step away from the hustle and come back to yourself.

You'll be nourished from the inside out with farm-to-table, vegetarian and plant-based meals thoughtfully prepared by our private chef, Anna Jackson, using fresh, seasonal ingredients that support vitality and balance.

The house is located just an hour outside of Chicago

7:30 pm - Dinner

Private chef Anna Jackson prepares seasonal, farm-to-table vegetarian and plant-based meals designed to nourish the body and support restoration. Using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, her cooking is thoughtful, grounding, and created to leave you feeling energized and cared for.
