Christina Corso has been teaching yoga in Chicago since 2010. After years of teaching throughout the city, she opened The Yoga Seed in Lincoln Park in 2025 with the intention of creating a studio rooted in nervous system regulation and sustainable movement.
Over the years, Christina’s teaching style has evolved into one that emphasizes progressive, intelligent sequencing. Her classes are alignment-based, dynamic, fun, and thoughtfully challenging. Each sequence is designed to help students move in ways that support long-term well-being—so you leave class feeling more at home in your body, both on and off the mat.
Off the mat, Christina enjoys tending to her garden, where her yoga practice supports her ability to bend, squat, and kneel with ease.
